The lighting and composition in the second one is amazing :) May I ask how you lighted the second one? :O

A beauty dish and ab800 run off a vagabond , basically over the camera .

Like the first one, can't say I'm a fan of the second. The wide angle and distortion just doesn't do it for me (is that the 17-40L?). Also the (door?) behind her head is a bit strange. Not too sure if you agree but just some thoughts. It would seem like if you simplified what was happening in the frame around her it would be a stronger composition.
