How come my pic doesnt show up uner my name?

are you talking about profile picture or avatar?

profile picture is the pic that appear in your profile page

avatar will appear under your name..

may be you should upload your avatar to have your pic under your name..

thanks - didn't realise it was an Avatar that I had to be loading pic too!!!
