Want to sell your photography?

Costs: $35 registration, 15% commission on sales, plus whatever shipping to get it to Wellington. Comparing to most galleries and even some cafes, this is actually extremely reasonable.

Artists get free entry into the event.

Prices seem to range from $100 to $5,000, with anything around $500 or less getting gobbled up like hotcakes in previous years.

The catch? First timers are limited to a maximum of three pieces.

im liking the looks of this. . . wont be entering though, my pictures are not up to that standard yet :(

Uh, I thought the same until I attended last years one. There's nothing BAD there, but there's quite a bit I wouldn't call GOOD, and yet much of it sells.

Suffice to say I'm seriously considering entering with a couple of large canvas prints I'll be pricing around the $400 mark

it would be nice to see some of last years entrees to get an idea of if anything i shoot would be suitable, may google it and see if i can find anything :)
