Good attempt. But the background's way too blown out. Did you have any fill lighting?

yup..used an external flash..but was a quick shoot so didnt have alot of time to re set the flash and etc..hoping to go back again..

also i need to get more familiar with my flash haha got any tips?settings, modes, metering, and etc?
