Neat, I used to live in KL for two years when I was young.

I notice in #1 you have some sensor dust, you may want to get that cleaned.

I really like #2.

Is #3 a tone map/HDR?

I would have liked #4 a lot better if it showed a little bit more at the bottom, I find the cut off man and cars a bit distracting.

My guess would be just pulling the shadow detail up in photoshop/lightroom whatever.

It's always tricky with street scenes - sometimes the things below the rooflines can be even messier. Not ideal though. I think overall it works well, thought I'd be curious to see a more 'natural' coloured one, or even just a warm one but pulling out the colours from the signs.

Might have been a job for a portrait photo to get the entire scenario in, including road+cars.

Yeah drspangle has it right that number 3 isn't HDR. All post-processing was done in Lightroom.
