CF Card Help

Well my CF card cant be read on the computer. Dont know why but when i put it back on the camera and took a shot it said err2 .............something something cf card. Im just wondering if it can be fixed because the computer isnt reading it at all and it will not save a photo that gets taken. And can the photos that are still in the card be retrieved and if anyone knows someone that can help pls let me know?

I know sandisk CF cards (extreme) come with a free recovery cd,

Tried the pcinspector but the memory card isnt being read. When i put it on it does the auto play but stops randomly. So its as if its not even plugged in.

If you are unable to recover the files i would reformat the card.

Ahhh, crap. I know nothing at all that could possibly be useful, but I hope you don't lose any images. That is just gutting.

What size CF card is it?
