What happens when you apply photoelasticity to a color-dependent birefringent material like a CD cover when it's between a camera lens with a circular polarization filter, and an LCD screen which emits plane polarised light, when the two polarized waves are in phase quadrature?

Now here's the same filter, but at the specific angle for the light waves to be neutralized by the filter.
