Here is something a little different than the 'only' city approach when shooting off Mt eden. ;)

I like the bottom the top one doesn't gain anything from the dark space in the left hand corner.

Bottom one is very nice indeed, agreed about the empty space in the first one though although I do still like it.

I quite like the light pollution reflecting against the clouds. How many seconds exposure?

and it was shot at 14mm with D700 at ISO 250 F/11 at 20 sec

I like the bottom me too... Very beautiful, I like the way the traffic present and compose with the picture. Awesome.
