Anyone tried food photography?

I was board last night and decided to take photos off eggs.
This was the best one.

I like the idea behind this, not totally convinced by the composition as the eggy bit is kind of hidden but I think this has a lot of potential. The lighting is great and overall it's nearly there but just not quite for me.
