Weird light

Anyone else having a hard time lately with the light? Maybe I haven't adjusted to daylight savings properly, but the light just seems..... weird, very harsh and orange and generally unpleasant. Just over the last month or so..

Am I out at the wrong time (ie not late enough in the arvo), or is it just the time of year?

My guess is that you are not use to seeing the sun in Auckland.:D
