Anyone on here thinking about doing a 365 project? I think it's a really good way of motivating yourself to take photos everyday, a bit like training for a marathon. But with my busy working life, I feel I won't be able to give it 100% commitment. Maybe it will be my new years resolution .
Who's done a project? (doesn't have to be 365). Care to show us the set?

I just finished mine on Tuesday. I found that you just get accustomed to remembering to take a photo everyday and you really do improve over time!
Here's my set: http://www.flickr.com/photos/brrrig/sets/72157607338015599/
365 if far too intense for me at this stage of my life. uni and work really own me!!!
52 is more like it!!!

How's that half empty glass treating you? I think the point isn't to try and be original but rather to improve one's photography.
Also, if you managed to 365 crap photos in a row then I'd be selling the camera and looking for a new hobby.

It just seems like a lot of people follow the infinite monkey theorem with their photography rather then putting thought behind their shots.......
the glass is empty now I've finished mulling over all my 365 crap photos :D

there are heaps of great shots out there too ,
Just because so many people have done it before doesn't mean you cant , there alot of ways to do things and everyone sees the same object differently

I think the purpose is to do it for your own benefit and to feel the sense of achievement once you have finished the challenge. A bit like why people sign up to Marathons.
