Kodak 76x Instamatic Camera ( started production 1977 )

KODAK INSTAMATIC was a brand designation that Kodak introduced in 1963. "Instamatic" referred to the process of loading the film into the camera "instantly": a cartridge, drop-in-loading system made it simple for amateurs to load and unload conventional film that was developed by conventional methods. Not counting the couple of cheap brandless little film camera's I had when I was a kid my first camera was a Panasonic Lumix DSC LS2
http://img190.imageshack.us/img190/1439/panasonicls2frontback.jpg

I had it for about a year and a half before I started getting an interest in photography and replaced it with a Fuji Finepix S5800

My first camera that I owned was a Canon PowerShot A95. Pretty cool because it had some manual settings and that kind got me experimenting :) http://images.techtree.com/ttimages/story/CanonA95-ss.jpg

Same here, mine was blue too.

Lots of crappy blur on all my motorsport photos...gave up for about 4 years then brought a Pentax P30T.

Went to digital 5 years later with Sony cybershot, the little 2.1MP ($NZ2000 when new).

The to DSLR, a Fuji Finepix S2 PRO.

Now, Canon 40D

I had an HP photosmart 435 that my folks bought me in my first year of uni. god that thing was a piece of shit, shutter lag was about a second which made capturing any sort of moment impossible. Pretty much all the photos I got out of it were rubbish. It only had built-in memory, and the zoom was all digital. Also took AA batteries which it mowed through. digital P&S cameras have come such a long way in a short time it's amazing.
