Been wanting to do this shot since we moved here over 18 months ago, finally got there last weekend!
Water was not as still as it could have been, but what a beautiful place :)

Beautiful shot! You did much better than me, I got on to the walking track, got a phone call from work and had to get to Haast pronto so grabbed this. I plan to get back there though next time I head down from Hoki.

When you go back don't just stop at the first viewing point, a lot of people do and most of the shots that you see of Lake Matheson are taken from this spot. If you continue on the walking track right over to the far side of the lake there are a couple more places where you will get a much better shot from. Good luck :)

Beautiful! If only the top was a bit darker, middle is perfect though
