Added to watchlist.... Contemplating it, but would need to then sell My Tamron 19-35 f3.5 - 4.5
Nah, worked the math and it's not going to work while still doing things like pay rates, setup for Mum's Diamond birthday, present for said birthday (etc)

I hadn't seen that site. I was going by prices on Trademe. And mine is the cheapest!
Anyway, it's an auction. It'll sell for what people are willing to pay for it.

I say with a bid for 400 bucks already, 15 watchers and several days left to run, I'll take my chances :D
Cheers for the link to eTown though. You used them? I'm after a 17-40 and a 24-70 in the very near future. Was going to use Auckland Camera, but if those chaps are any good, I'll give 'em a try.

it depends, auckland camera are awesome for their service and sales. Etown is a importer so they are always going to be cheaper. I would recommend auckland camera/pro gear if you are going to get an expensive lens!!!

I recommend ProGear if you're buying NZ guaranteed stuff instead of no reliable warranty eTown parallel imported from Hong Kong stuff.

Okey doke. Auckland Camera are only a few bucks more expensive on a 17-40, so I guess I'll go with them. Thanks for the advice :)
Edit: Progear is owned/run by Glam on Trademe right?
