saw those a while back, just about bought one via there kickstart program.
but then decided i really would never use it.

great looking bit of equipment though.

Actually looks pretty good. I'd feel a bit stupid wearing a camera like that while out and about, but for work it looks quite practical.

I'd be slightly worried about accidentally hitting the quick release though and ending up with a pile of camera bits on the floor. Wonder if it has a lock to stop that happening? I didn't see one on the video.

The other thing is, I like to wrap a camera strap around my wrist in case of a bout of butterfingers. It seems like the strap would just dangle and get in the way when attached to the waist.

another photographer i shot with had a similar system, looked cool and practical during shoots, he had one on either hip.

i'm like you Lazlo, I tend to have my main camera's strap wrapped around my wrist, with the other slung across so it doesn't flap around.

I notice in the FAQ there's a bit about the plate having tabs which you can attach a hand strap to, and there is a lock for the quick release mechanism. That's both of my concerns sorted!
