Hey guys.

I have been doing some research on portrait lighting.

Found this superb interactive visual tutorial (you can change the position of the key light in real time and see the effect it has on the portrait subject).

It's definately helped me understand portrait lighting a bit more. Can't wait to try it.

Cool website. I did a course on portait and also find the lighting is really important. But then, it can be difficult to have the right expression on the face. And this, even with good material, we can't change!
