I still think that any SLR that can do something that isn't still shooting (ie HD video), is lacking in the still shooting department.. like it's a waste of R&D or something :)

Rick is saying ALL the more-common camera manufacturers are wasting their research budget, as Olympus, Sony, Canon, Pentax and Nikon have all announced on-board video in their SLRs.

Must be time to go back to film and manual lenses. Any SLR manufacturer that wastes their time with this new-fangled digital photography...
