Im pretty keen on getting a Canon EF 15mm F2.8 Fisheye Lens for my camera. Ive been looking at prices on the net and found that theyre between $1300 and $1500, has anyone got one of these or know anything about them?
Cheers :D

I have the canon one, as fisheyes go its not that fishy on a crop sensor. You can get more bend with the tokina 10-17 fe.
The canon is the best in the market for image quality, its sharp at 2.8 and very sharp in the corners. I have found the auto focus to be very good. its quick but loud. which i dont mind at all.
Its full metal mount, and a metal hood that is unremovable, so you can't attach filters.
But as you may no canon are about to release a new fe this year its a zoom 8-15mm f4 fe, it sound cool, you can attach it to any body adjust the focal and away you go.
I think
8-10mm for 1.6 crop
12mm for 1.3 crop
14-15mm for ff
i can see the new fe will be 2k at least.
What were you wanting a fe for anyway...?

canon have a new FE coming out, 8-15mm if not mistaken? f4.
I use 15mm on my crop (didnt do research) but its good nonetheless, definately adds a new dimension and really quite fun to play with. Theres one on TM now at the moment @ $755
