I had few dust particle in the viewfinder, so I tired to blow them away it using a blower but eventually got worse :(
Is there any way I could clean my viewfinder or any place that I could get it clean (In Auckland)??

personal experience, i wouldnt say its a big problem, as long as it doesn't affect the picture. you will find a lot of cameras tend to get dust in the viewfinder. but up to you, you could try and get a tweezer and take the focusing screen out and give it a few puffs or a gentle wipe.

i wouldnt go wiping your focusing screen. it can be very bad for them. i have heard of them being easily scratched and damaged.
use a blower and blow the the focusing screen if you pull it out.

I ended up selling my 50d and I'm using 5d mark ii :) but I think you can get your viewfinder cleaned from camera & camera down in Queen street for $60 or so.

I didn't move to 5D because of the dusts in the 50D! My friend was selling it for a good price (second hand) so I sold my 50D and lenses and moved on.
