So I finally got around to getting lens paper , Went to remove my 52mm filter ,But it wont unscrew i don't want to force it to much and risk breaking it. Does anyone have any ideas on how to unscrew it safely.

I don't no how it got so tight

Umm, This is a bit of a dodgy answer but if the lens is cold you could try putting it somewhere warm like near a heater (obviously not too hot though!). Working on the principle that heat expands stuff, it might loosen it a bit...?

Its for sensitive glass ie lens and glass's that you don't want to scratch ,removes finger prints

interesting, sounds more expensive than the likes of a lens cloth

You can get them at pretty much any Photo related shop , I'm not sure if they are better or worse than a cloth maybe one of the more experienced members could answer that but they do the job i want and they fit nicely in my camera bag

Same theory tho use a blower first to get objects off that could cause scratching then use the cloth ether with lens cleaning fluid or lightly huff on the glass and wipe circle motion

Again not a pro im just going off on what iv being reading

I used to use specialised lens tissues (like 10 years ago) but found they left some dust particles behind. Found a cloth to be a zillion times better. Dunno if it was a crap brand of tissue but thought i'd just mention that :)

If you are yet to purchase a filter remover, there is another cheaper option.

Use a thick rubber band to grip the filter and it may just assist to remove it.

That's they way I used to remove any tricky filters working in a variety of environments.
