Edited a photo I took earlier this year. Need to work on my PP. Suck at making the colours 'pop'

the flowers are underexposed a bit, makes it harder

"pop" comes from several different things.
The exposure needs to be spot on!
Under exposure makes things look dull, but can help with saturation, over exposure does the opposite, you often lose saturation. Espeucally in bold colours.
The trick is finding a balance of the two.
Composition also plays a big part in it. Distracting elements in the background all take away from the "pop", as does the focal point and depth of field used.
In this case your lacking a strong focal point to grab the eye and give it some "pop".
