Has anyone bought anything from Expert infotech?

Hi!

I'm planning to purchase Sigma 30mm f/1.4 lens and found out that Expert infotech had it on for only $615.

Has anyone bought anything off them? Is it alright to buy the lens from them?

i have there not to bad they can be a wee bit slow. but it your not in a hurry then there all good, a few hundred cheeper than anywhere else.
i havent had to sent anything for repair but i can amagine that they would take ages as they import all there gear.

all their are imports. im not bagging them but i read their customer review before and they don't really have much any when things don't goto plans. But they have a large good feed back in trademe. I find their business while using pricespy.co.nz

I Have bought computer parts and a 50mm 1.8 lens from them with no problems. Lens took a while to arrive but they kept me informed by email at all times. As above I haven't had to return anything, so can't comment about that side of them.

Based on the 2 purchases I have made there in the past, I would personally recommend you avoid them...

i like to deal with someone that actually look after you after the sale is done if there is any problem with returning or refund which we are legally allowed then it should be stress-free

How was your experience dealing with the company? I found price in their store is dramatically cheaper and there are something in my purchase list. I think their stuff comes from oversea. That is not a big deal if they are honest reseller.

I've purchase Canon 85mm 1.8 lens from them and it was good :)
I'm not sure about their a/s but I don't think there is anything wrong with their items.

I've had no problems with any of their products, and they are fairly honest. Very good prices.

Don't know about afterservice, but a friend left a phone to be repaired (not purchased from one of their stores, and out of warranty) and he had a terrible experience.
