Folks:

How Much Would You Pay?

Ok so I'm wanting to sell some gear to buy more lenses, how much would be a fair price for selling these as a bundle:

· Canon EOS 450D body (NZ new with extended warranty)
· Canon EF 28-135mm (99% new purchased April 2010 - int'l warranty)
· 2 x Canon LP-E5 batteries
· 3 x SDHC (2 x 4GB, 1 x 8GB)
· Nissin Di622 flash
· Canon camera bag
· All boxes and manuals
· Bunch of filters

Would it be better to sell as a bundle or piece by piece - I prefer one buyer for the whole lot.

Cheers

if you can get someone to commit to buying it as a whole kit it will be better.
but that may be hard to do without giving a sweet discount for getting everything.
it looks like its just above entry level so that also may make it hard to get the price your looking for also.
you may find it easy to sell the body and lens separate but harder to sell the rest

i guess it would appeal to a beginner who wants to be just a step above the normal kit bundle.

i'm realistic with pricing, but again prefer one buyer. easier to buy replacements when everything goes in one clean swoop!

$1300 to $1600??

Or maybe put it on $1 reserve

Let the market decide :)

Not sure what the flash is worth and filters could be bugger all or quite a lot depending on quality. But if you split it up you should get $800 for the body and batteries and cards, and those lenses generally go for around $500, so that gets you into your ballpark range. You're probably best off to sell as a package.

yeah will probably list as a bundle and see how it goes from there.

has anyone purchased or used the 'NEXT' warranty?

my 450d is just about to run out of the original canon warranty and for the target market they may appreciate having that extended warranty cover
