Hi all

So I was reading at Starbucks the other day and thought of this idea.. It might be an older idea but I haven't seen it done with a coffee before! ;)

No nothing was meant to be in focus.. May be I should have put the book in focus.. Next time

I like the colour much more. Nice colours on it and you can see that the book is in focus on the shadow part.

Hey was the shadow intended to be a heart to signify 'love' for coffee? Quite cool if that was what you were going for and not everyone may have clicked.

PS (Starbucks coffee is average. Allpress FTW :))

Talan.. That exactly what I was going for and why I called this do you "love" coffee (initially I called it [Do you "love" coffee while "reading"?] but that was too long, or was it?!).. Sorry I should have been more clear!:)

PS Where can I find the Allpress cafe in Wellington? I tend to go to Starbucks because it opens until late(ish).. I am open to suggestions as I am a coffee-holic and new in Wellington!! ;)

Thanks for your comment.. I have included the colored version in here.. There is a small part in the shadow that is in focus and more noticeable in the colored version :)

I am glad you liked the idea.. I was reading and had the idea so I though I will give it a go even though there wasn't enough light (the lens I had was an f4) so I had to pump the iso up a bit..
