Hi, I am new here, however I just wanted to put the word out that we have just built a pretty great photography system that some people might be interested in. Its available to license for a monthly fee.
The system is rebranded in your colour/style and allows you to take photography orders from clients, originally built for real estate clients, however could work for any industry. The client is invoiced automatically. with your details in a PDF email.
You can log in and manage your accounts however they are done automatically so you never really have to do invoicing.
You can distribute the order through to staff ie (photographers, graphic designers) and write in-house notes to them.
You can share pre-touched up shots between staff and upload final photography to the client.
Once this is done, the client is alerted (from your email) and they can log in and download the photos directly (from your website).
The photos also auto-delete so no management plus you can upload any size photos and multiple at once, doesnt matter what extension.
